As we continue to expand nationally we are seeking an exceptional leader to step into the role of General Manager Client Engagementa critical executive position responsible for driving client growth experience and operational excellence across multiple states.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional operational role.
You will take ownership of the entire client journey rom referral and intake through to onboarding and ongoing engagement ensuring a seamless high-quality experience at scale.
As part of the Executive Leadership Team you will lead and grow national teams strengthen referral networks and ensure full compliance across aged care and NDIS frameworks all while building a best-in-class client engagement function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the national Client Engagement function across multiple states
- Drive client acquisition conversion and retention strategies
- Oversee intake onboarding and support coordination teams
- Build and maintain strong referral partnerships (hospitals LACs coordinators community networks)
- Ensure all operations align with Aged Care and NDIS regulatory frameworks
- Deliver executive-level reporting KPIs and performance insights
- Contribute to strategic growth partnerships and expansion initiatives
- Build a high-performance accountable leadership culture
What Were Looking For- Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role within aged care disability or community services
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site or multi-state teams
- Deep understanding of client intake onboarding and service delivery models
- Strong working knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care compliance frameworks
- A commercially minded leader with the ability to drive growth and scale operations
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
