This role supports the delivery of critical Defence infrastructure as part of ACCIONAs expanding Defence portfolio. The project plays a key role in strengthening Australias Defence capability and is delivered in a highly regulated environment with strict quality safety and compliance standards.

The site is based in Katherine a vibrant regional town approximately three hours south of Darwin offering a unique lifestyle experience while working on nationally significant infrastructure.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our Defence project fulltime team based in Katherine (N.T). This is an onsite role supporting daytoday construction activities subcontractor coordination quality assurance and program delivery.

Key accountabilities

• Support construction delivery activities on site in line with program safety and quality requirements
• Assist with subcontractor coordination site inspections and daily reporting
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and compliance processes in a Defence environment
• Support planning sequencing and progress tracking of works
• Contribute to risk management and issue resolution on site
• Work collaboratively with project teams in a highcompliance highperformance environment

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a Site Engineer or similar role on infrastructure or building projects with experience on civil and structural scopes (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of sitebased construction delivery quality and safety systems
• Able to relocate to Tindal N.T
• Strong communication skills and a teamfocused mindset

Due to Defence security requirements applicants must be Australian Citizens and eligible to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
