Schedule: US Business Hours (Mountain/Pacific Time overlap required)

Our client runs a fast-growing incentive-based marketing platform serving 50 e-commerce brands primarily on Shopify. Their software powers loyalty points referral tracking cashback affiliate programs and promotional widgets for DTC brands. Theyve scaled to several million dollars in revenue entirely through word-of-mouth with exceptional client retention and a lean async-first team.

About the Role

This is a Slack-first text-based support role. No phone calls no video calls with clients. Just fast clear and accurate responses to brand partners who need help navigating the platform day-to-day.

Youll be the first line of support for questions like where is my order why didnt my loyalty points update or can you check my referral attribution You wont need to figure everything out alone since youll have a team behind you but you do need to be sharp organized and comfortable working inside Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to brand partner questions via Slack in a timely and helpful manner
  • Assist with loyalty point adjustments referral tracking discount code issues and widget troubleshooting
  • Navigate Shopify admin to diagnose and resolve common platform issues
  • Create clear internal tickets to escalate anything that needs developer attention
  • Keep track of recurring issues and flag patterns to the internal team
  • Maintain organized records of support interactions and resolutions

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years in customer support technical support or e-commerce operations
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify admin is a must
  • Comfortable working entirely through Slack and async communication tools
  • Detail-oriented fast responder and takes ownership of open issues until resolved
  • Familiarity with loyalty referral or affiliate platforms is a big plus
  • Strong written English no client calls required
