Salary 36814 plus Vehicle Travel Paid door to door andPackage
We are working with a highly reputable andwell knownfacilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.
Due to continuedexpansionwe are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician
Role:
- You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance works to a retail outlet chain throughout Middlesborough/Hull/York/North Manchester
- Role will include all elements of electrical ppm and reactive maintenance works installation alterations etc as well as some general building maintenancerepairs
- You will be working mobile throughout the areas above.
- Providing excellent customer service when on site.
Person:
- You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 3 or equivalent 17th or 18thedition
- You will have electrical maintenance experience on commercial sites and ideally some general building maintenance/fabric experience - ppm and reactiverepairs
- You will live locally and happy with travel throughout the region and further whenneeded
- You must have a fullukdrivinglicence
- Good IT skills
