The Role

Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an Junior Strategy Associate - Location: Berlin hybrid temporary position - 12 months to drive high-impact initiatives alongside our CEO and leadership team. This role offers unrivaled insights into scaling a business backed by EQT one of the worlds leading Private Equity firms. Prepare for a steep learning curve!

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sparring: You provide strategy support to our CEO and leadership team incl. the preparation of high-stakes Board Meetings and other decision making formats

• Strategic Partnerships: You identify analyse and execute deals with international product partners - from commercial logic to legal finalization

• Performance Tracking: You track the ROI of product solutions and partnerships ensuring measurable value is created

• Special Projects: Whether its a new pricing model developing a new business area or M&A - you contribute to critical Strategy projects with strong execution focus.

We are looking for

• Academic Track Record: You have completed your degree from a renowned university/business school in Business Economics or similar

• High-Growth Experience: You have gained initial experience (1 year or several high-impact internships) in fast-paced environments like Startups Strategy Consulting or Venture Capital

• Analytical Sharpness: You possess a first-principles thinking approach you can deconstruct complex problems and build robust business cases

• The Owner Mindset: You are proactive take extreme ownership and thrive when given the freedom to execute

• Communication: Fluency in English is essential; German is a strong plus.
