Learn more about us here: day in the LifeAs a Product Advisor you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Nissan and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner both in store and through phone and online rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle vehicle presentations and test pricing financing options and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEMfeatures technology and market to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work in this role comes from consistent effort strong follow up habits and the ability to build trust with Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent to obtain a VSA be available all days of the week including evenings and weekends.
