What You Will Do:

  • Develop Inline Inspection programs (ILI) including selection of appropriate ILI tool technologies determination of reinspection intervals and forecasting of integrity digs.

  • Conduct integrity assessments such as fit for service evaluations crack fatigue analysis corrosion growth rate calculations and threat interaction assessments.

  • Evaluate ILI tool performance and investigate data discrepancies by comparing Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) results from integrity digs against ILI data.

  • Support operational change assessments and incident investigations through engineering analysis and technical recommendations.

  • Prepare technical reports documentation and recommendations to support pipeline integrity decision making.

  • Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on industry papers technical studies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Completion of a degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.

  • Registered member with APEGA as P. the Province of Alberta.

  • A minimum offour years of dynamically responsible experience in engineering.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with excellent presentation and technical writing skills.

  • Understanding of pipeline strength evaluation methods is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Occasional travel (<5%) to field excavations industry committees/conferences and other office locations. Valid passport is required.
