$75.40 - $120.65Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multiyear supply chain resiliency strategy aligned with organizational risk tolerance and clinical priorities. Lead enterpriselevel risk assessments across suppliers distribution channels inventory networks and critical product categories applying independent judgment to evaluate complex and emerging risk signals. Develop early warning and riskmonitoringprocesses and dashboards for geopolitical regulatory environmental and market disruptions.
- Establish an enterprisewide framework standards and policies for supply chain risk management and continuity planning.Identifyvulnerabilities across medical/surgical pharmaceutical capital equipment and service categories. Design and implement contingency plans dualsourcing strategies redundancy planning localization and safety stock inventory policies for highrisk items aligned with enterprise continuityobjectives.
- Serve as the systemwide subject matter expert on supply chain disruption prevention preparedness response and recovery. Partner with Supply Chain Operations to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planningspecificto supply chain operations andalignedwith organizational priorities.
- Strengthen supplier diversification and evaluate supplier resiliency including emerging and intangible risk factors such as geopolitical shifts manufacturing concentration and regulatory changes. Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to embed resiliency metrics into supplier contracts and performance reviews. Facilitate strategic relationships with manufacturers distributors GPOs and regional coalitions to enhance supply assurance strengthen transparency and increase data sharing.
- Drive implementation of advanced analytics forecasting tools and supply chain visibility platforms. Leverage predictive analytics and scenario modeling toanticipateshortages and demand spikes. Develop KPIs and performance dashboards related to fill rates stockouts supplier risk scores lead times and continuity metrics. Champion transformation initiatives that improve enterprisewide transparency and responsiveness.
- Lead the supply chain response during public health emergencies natural disasters recalls and other disruptions. Coordinate crossfunctional and enterprise commandcenter activities to ensure rapid decisionmaking and communication. Conduct postevent analyses andleadcontinuous improvement initiatives.
- Organize coordinate and execute tabletop exercises to validate systemwide preparedness of the supply chain to respond to shortages. Gather learnings from exercises including team retrospective reviews to refine and improve supply chain processes and readiness for emergency response.
- Develop a strategic partnership with the Enterprise Risk Management team to align resiliency strategies reporting KPIs and readiness plans with broader organizational riskobjectives.
- Provide education and training to supply chain and clinical teamsonpreparedness practices. Present resiliency strategy enterprise risk insights anddisruptionreadiness updates to executive leadership and board committees as the organizations recognized expert.
- May develop and/or recommendoperating andcapital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budgetobjectives.

Education Required:
- Bachelors degreerequired(Supply Chain Nursing Business Healthcare Administration or related).
Experience Required:
- 8 years in healthcare supply chain clinical value analysis supply chain operations or risk management including 5 years leading enterprisewide change and adoption experience in supply chain risk management continuity planning or crisis response. Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and clinical supply environments. Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience. Must be able to conduct presentations andfacilitatelarge group meetings with little supervision.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required:
- Ability to assess complex situationsidentifyrisks and implement mitigation strategies in real-time.This role requires strong strategic influence program management skills a collaborative focus and the ability to translate strategy into practical business-aligned solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of business continuityandresilience principles enterprise risk management crisis management and supply chain resiliencedisruptionplanningand recovery.
- Strong change leadership capabilities with the ability to manage complexity ambiguity and transformation initiatives.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups even without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of global healthcare sourcingwithina hospital system IDN academic medical center GPO or healthcare collaborative.Experience with direct engagement in planning operationslogistics material management and supply chain design and strategy.

- Travel outside of workplace isand thus incumbent is exposed to weather and road conditions
