How youll contribute
- Perform general nursing duties including assessment planning implementation and evaluation of patient care.
- Prepare and operate dialysis equipment ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor patients before during and after dialysis treatments promptly addressing any complications or concerns.
- Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures post-treatment care and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment patient progress and medication administration.
- Support infection control practices and maintain a clean safe environment in the dialysis unit.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a current North Carolina state or compact state RN license. Additional requirements include:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelors degree required).
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Dialysis RN experience.
- Strong communication organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing patient needs.
