Job Summary

Position Overview

In this role you will serve as a Vertical Account Manager for the Northeast U.S. Region. You will be responsible for driving specification brand preference and revenue growth with assigned OEMs and end users within our energy/turbomachinery vertical. You will partner closely with internal teams across sales product management application engineering and leadership to deliver total cost of ownership and ROIbased solutions while advocating for customers throughout the organization. You will report into sales leadership and support Regal Rexnords vertical market strategy executing disciplined account planning pipeline management and solution selling to achieve sales and order quotas. This role requires strong technical acumen executivelevel customer engagement and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization while traveling extensively to support customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive specification and revenue growth by influencing assigned OEMs and end users within a defined industry vertical securing Regal Rexnord solutions in new designs and expanding share on existing applications.

  • Lead valuebased solution selling by promoting Regal Rexnord brand preference at the point of customer influence emphasizing total cost of ownership ROI and longterm customer value.

  • Serve as the primary customer advocate coordinating communication between customers channel partners and Regal Rexnord business units to ensure alignment and a strong customer experience.

  • Execute disciplined sales and account planning processes to achieve sales and orders quotas including account opportunity planning CRM utilization funnel management and pipeline execution.

  • Provide deep technical application and industry expertise to support customers internal sales teams and vertical strategies including specification of digital solutions such as DiRXN / Perceptiv.

  • Engage and influence senior customer stakeholders from plant management through executive leadership to understand strategic initiatives and align solutions to customer business goals.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally within a matrixed organization working closely with sales leadership product management engineering marketing operations and business development teams to drive growth initiatives.

  • Identify continuous improvement and growth opportunities including new business development marketing initiatives and product gap insights to support new product development and vertical market strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required preferably in Industrial Technologies Mechanical Engineering Industrial Distribution or related field

  • 3 years of outside technical sales experience

  • Travel required: 60%

  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Power Transmission industry experience preferred in the Energy industry

  • Energy and/or Turbomachinery industry experience

  • OEM and end users experience

  • 5 years insides/technical account sales

  • Must live in the Northeast U.S. (Pennsylvania New York Connecticut preferred)

Pay Transparency

Expected Base Salary Range: $82000 - $% SICP

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
