Job Responsibilities:

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a people manager leading teams directly.

• Strong experience in landside / inland operations.

• Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement practices (Green or Black Belt preferred).

• Ability to understand explain and manage P&L.

• Conversational level of English.
