Job Summary

Unit Role: HQ Fd Army directs Force Generation for current & contingency Ops and for persistent engagement overseas.

Position Role: 2IC LOCC - Coordination and control of the LOCC in support of SO1 LOCC.

Responsibilities:
1. Represent the LOCC within HQ Fd Army and provide updates input and advice into the HQs battle rhythm.
2. Oversee incoming / outgoing reports and returns across a range of digital platforms at Official-Sensitive and Secret.
3. Support the LOCs SOP implementation and initial reporting during an emerging crisis and integrate into the Crisis Operational Planning Team.
4. Design and coordinate training to assure LOCC outputs and the LOCs wider crisis response KSE.
5. Manage LOCC policies SOPs digital applications and artifacts.
6. Manage the maintenance review and development of the LOCCs physical eqpt inc: IT comms and ops room equipment.
7. Coordinate the LOCC Watchkeepers including shift pattern management.
8. Deputise for SO1 LOCC as required.
