Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a fabricator and fit up Welder for a custom metal fabrication client located in Clackamas Oregon.

This position is mostly TIG and MIG welding but a large focus on lay out and fabrication.

Fabricate and fit up parts for welding
TIG welding of aluminum and stainless
MIG welding of mild steel from 16ga to 1/2
Verify conformance of work pieces to specifications using squares rulers and measuring tapes
Align and fit parts according to specifications move parts into position manually or with hoists
Position align fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits
Following blueprints and layout specifications
Use jigs welding torches and hand tools
Fabrication background NEEDED : saw cutting drilling machining etc.

Monday - Friday
6:30am - 3:00pm
$25.00 - $30.00/hr to start depending on experience
