Asset Administrator
Job Summary
Join our team as a Procurement Administrator where youll play a key role in maintaining accurate purchasing data supporting internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth day to day operations within our equipment and asset management environment.

Purchase Order Processing Enter accurate data into Coupa to generate purchase orders in alignment with company policies and timelines
Data Integrity & Issue Resolution Identify and report data discrepancies collaborating with the Asset Supervisor to ensure corrections are completed promptly
Record Management Maintain organized compliant records of purchase orders and supporting documentation
Order Updates & Amendments Adjust purchase orders to reflect changes in delivery schedules quantities or vendor information ensuring all updates are accurately captured in JDE
Administrative & Team Support Provide general administrative assistance to the Asset Supervisor and procurement team supporting communication and workflow efficiency Documentation & Compliance Ensure procurement files documents and reference materials are current properly stored and easily accessible
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in data entry procurement or a related administrative role
- Experience with ERP systems; JDE Coupa experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Prior exposure to purchase order processes is an asset
- Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
- Commitment to accuracy continuous improvement and customer service excellence
Work Conditions
- Hybrid based in Leduc (1 day in office)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
