Our Studio team is seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to push the boundaries of AI-assisted game development.

Youll improve the capabilities of Roblox Assistant and Code Assist crafting the future of how games are built on our platform. Your work will directly impact millions of creators and players worldwide.

You Will:

• Advance Roblox Assistants Reasoning: Pioneer innovative ways to improve our AIs ability to handle complex prompts. This may involve architecting novel models or fine-tuning innovative language models on diverse large-scale datasets.
• Specialize LLMs for Roblox: Lead efforts to fine-tune large language models on Robloxs unique data model tailoring innovative AI to our specific ecosystem. Your work will bridge the gap between general-purpose LLMs and the niche needs of interactive content development.
• Elevate Scripting Quality: Innovate on our Lua code data pipeline developing sophisticated quality signals to ensure premier script generation.

You Have:

• Deep expertise in PyTorch or equivalent ML frameworks.
• Proficiency with distributed data processing systems like PySpark.
• Proven track record of deploying ML systems to production at scale.
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures and their applications.
• 3 years of experience building ML systems / applications.
• A passion for game development with extra points for Roblox Lua scripting experience.
