Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support our financial advisory team. This role combines administrative support client service and operational responsibilities to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors
Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and assisting with account needs
Prepare and process client paperwork including account openings transfers and maintenance requests
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
Coordinate meetings manage calendars and assist with client communications
Assist in preparing financial plans reports and review materials
Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of requests and documentation
Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Prior experience in financial services or client service is preferred
Licensing:
Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or currently in progress)
Preferred Attributes:

Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Interest in financial planning and wealth management
