Description
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a board-certified MD or DO with a background in general medicine and/or metabolic specialties to join our Monroe LA site as a Principal Investigator. This is an opportunity to focus on clinical research in a structured team-based environmentno on-call required.
We are open to physicians seeking a flexible schedule ranging from 3 days per week (part-time) up to full-time (5 days per week).
What Youll Do:
- Lead clinical trials and ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and screen participants to determine study eligibility
- Monitor patient safety including reporting of adverse events and protocol updates
- Maintain accurate and timely study documentation
- Collaborate with Sponsors research staff and site leadership
What You Bring:
- MD or DO with an active unrestricted medical license
- Board certification in your specialty
- Prior experience as a Principal Investigator in clinical trials
- Strong clinical judgment attention to detail and communication skills
