Join the Bradfield Development Authority and play a key role in shaping one of Australias most ambitious city-building projects. This is a unique opportunity to help drive capital transactions and unlock new development opportunities that will support the growth of Bradfield City through innovative partnerships property development and strategic delivery models.

In this role you will lead projects end-to-endfrom early feasibility and business case development through to procurement delivery and governance. Working in a fast-paced high-profile environment you will provide trusted advice to senior leaders manage budgets and timelines oversee risk and coordinate multiple stakeholders across government and industry.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strong analytical thinking with practical project delivery to achieve tangible outcomes

What you will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex capital works or property development projects from planning through to completion
  • Strong analytical capability including feasibility assessment financial modelling scenario analysis and evidence-based decision-making
  • Ability to manage competing priorities tight deadlines and shifting project demands while maintaining high-quality outcomes
  • Proven experience engaging and influencing a wide range of stakeholders including government agencies private sector partners consultants and contractors
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes contract management and compliant tender and delivery frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear reports briefings and presentations
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong capability in identifying risks early and implementing practical mitigation strategies

What is an essential requirement:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant professional experience and training
  • Valid Australian Driver licence
  • Willing and able to travel to locations not accessible by public transport
