Senior Data & Financial Analyst

We are seeking aSenior Data & Financial Analystto help innovate win and grow with us.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Portsmouth NH.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis without restriction. Visa sponsorship or transfers are not available for this position.

As a member of our Global Finance team you will play a key role in shaping the companys strategic financial direction. This fastpaced role offers regular interaction with senior leadership and exposure across the organization. You will contribute to data analytics forecasting planning budgeting and reporting while supporting financial leadership with actionable insights.

How youll contribute

• Gather analyze and interpret financial data using SQL to identify insights and trends
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate financial performance to stakeholders
• Drive analytics forecasting budgeting and reporting for the Paymode product line across revenue and expense
• Translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions by enhancing existing reporting and developing new tools
• Build financial models and perform variance and ad hoc analysis
• Establish track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business performance and decisionmaking

If you have the attributes skills and experience listed below we want to hear from you.

• 4 years of progressive relevant experience; software and/or payments industry experience preferred
• Proven ability to partner crossfunctionally and drive change that improves efficiency and supports growth
• Selfmotivated with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Bachelors degree in Finance Data Analytics or a related business field
• Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysis
• Experience using Alteryx for data analytics
• 2 years of Power BI experience for data visualization and reporting
• Strong systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
