Role Accountability The Workplace Manager leads and shapes the Workplace Ambassador program across the Global Capability Center designing a workplace that is seamless intuitive and intentionally aligned to how employees work each is not a traditional soft services or facilities management role. It is a people led experience driven position focused on owning and delivering a program that defines how Ambassadors engage with employees how support is delivered across the workplace and how the experience touches each employee so they can do their best opening leadership is central to this role. The Workplace Manager will build the Workplace Ambassador function from the ground up leading the design of service models recruiting and onboarding 6 Workplace Ambassadors establishing standards and ways of working and supporting the launch and mobilization of operations that set a new benchmark for workplace Role AccountabilitiesWorkplace Ambassador OwnershipOwn design and continuously evolve the Workplace Ambassador workplace product encompassing service models employee journeys floor coverage and experience standards across 9 floors supporting over 2500 desks and more than 50 internal meeting Team LeadershipLead coach and develop a visible high impact team of 6 Workplace Ambassadors ensuring consistent service behaviors accountability and pride in & Meeting Space ExperienceEnsure team floors are consistently work ready; internal meeting spaces fully equipped with AV capabilities are proactively set and supported; and on floor amenities including multifunctional print devices and hydration stations are reliable accessible and intuitive to Employee InterfacePosition the Workplace Ambassador team as the primary point of contact for employees across the workplace delivering anticipatory real time support and swift issue resolution that enables teams to focus on their to End Experience IntegrationCoordinate closely with Technology Facilities Management Central Reservations and service partners to integrate the end to end workplace experience ecosystem ensuring all touchpoints from arrival through daily work and collaboration are deliberately connected and experienced as effortless by & Continuous ImprovementEmbed standards post opening monitor experience outcomes gather employee feedback and continuously refine the Workplace Ambassador product to support performance connection and wellbeing at ResponsibilitiesLead pre opening mobilization activities for the Workplace Ambassador program coordinating plans timelines and readiness actions through opening and stabilizationTranslate the workplace experience vision into operational service routines daily coverage models and floor support practicesExecute recruitment onboarding and training plans to ensure Workplace Ambassadors are confident capable and opening readyDirect and support the day to day performance of a 6 person Ambassador team setting clear expectations and reinforcing service behaviorsMaintain daily oversight of team floors meeting spaces and shared amenities proactively identifying issues and coordinating resolutionWork closely with Facilities Management Technology Central Reservations HR and Security to ensure smooth service handoffs and aligned deliveryManage employee experience escalations ensuring clear ownership timely follow through and effective outcomesMonitor service performance against defined standards identifying trends and improvement opportunitiesContribute to governance reporting and operating rhythms for the Ambassador program supporting Director of Hospitality oversightProvide visible hands on leadership during opening and stabilization phases reinforcing standards and consistent ways of workingCollaborate with HR Facilities IT Security and service partners to deliver an integrated workplace programCapture employee feedback and translate insights into practical improvementsTrack experience focused KPIs such as responsiveness issue resolution and service consistencyMaintain clear concise reporting focused on employee impact and service outcomesDelivering a World-Class Experience Create a hospitality culture that feels personal polished and intuitive at scaleBuild trusted relationships with employees leaders and clients through presence empathy and attention to detailMaintain strong on-floor leadership with regular walkthroughs and real-time coachingSupport complex high-profile events and engagements with flawless coordinationProactively identify risks and ensure business continuity security and privacy standards are upheldChampion innovation and best practices drawn from luxury hotels corporate real estate and global workplace experience modelsExperience & Qualifications5 years of leadership experience across corporate real estate leading workplaces luxury hotels and corporate hotel environmentsProven pre-opening experience is essential including: oLaunching large-scale hospitality or workplace environmentsoDesigning service models and operational frameworks from scratchoRecruiting training and mobilizing teams for opening day readinessExperience leading or supervising ambassadors concierge or front of house teamsExposure to corporate offices GCCs or premium workplace environments preferredStrong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate visible customer facing teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCalm solutions oriented mindset in fast paced environmentsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow throughProficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
