Were looking for a Traffic Management Operative (TMO) to join our Banks Peninsula Maintenance team! Youll support day-to-day traffic management and general labouring activities on site helping us keep our people and road users safe while we deliver quality work for our customers.

Mō te tūranga About the role

As a TMO youll be part of our frontline crew supporting the safe and efficient delivery of the Banks Peninsula Road Maintenance Contract. This is a hands-on outdoor role where youll work across different sites following plans and instructions from your Foreman or Supervisor. Youll play a key role in keeping work areas safe tidy and well organised and youll be an important part of the team that helps us deliver jobs safely on time and to a high standard.

• Carry out traffic management related labouring tasks as directed by your Foreman or Supervisor.
• Lift move and set out traffic management equipment safely.
• Actively take part in daily pre-start meetings.
• Support the team with any other general tasks needed to get the job done safely and efficiently

• Full Clean Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 is advantageous).
• A strong focus on safety and doing the right thing for your team and the public.

• A problem solver who can think ahead and take pride in a job well done.
