FlexForce Pros are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Payroll to support daily operations and keep our office running smoothly. This role is a direct hire opportunity and is key to maintaining organization supporting staff and ensuring efficient administrative processes across multiple locations.

Job Duties
Manage and enforce company policies and procedures
Maintain and organize important company records and filings
Handle essential HR functions including onboarding and employee records
Process weekly payroll including reconciliation and reporting
Support Accounts Payable and purchasing processes
Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting
Process and reconcile weekly payroll
Coordinate employee onboarding terminations and personnel files
Manage employee benefits and PTO tracking
Oversee company credit card usage and reporting
Order and maintain office supplies
Communicate with vendors and reconcile statements
Assist with purchase orders and order tracking
Prepare reports for payroll HR and management as needed
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Education
High School Education or GED.
Knowledge & Skills
3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
Payroll experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred
Experience with HR processes is a plus
Front Office Manager experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand bend and stop for short periods.
Capable of lifting to 10 pounds without assistance.
Manual dexterity for precise work.
Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
Work Authorization
Mustbe authorized towork in the United States.
