What are we looking for

TheProject Coordinatoris responsible for writing quotes for new work.

Shift/Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-5

What youll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Write process and send quotes for testing services
• Follow up on quotes until they are resolved
• Initiate project coordination with the lab upon receipt of signed proposal
• Request additional documentation as needed (e.g. drawings PO installation details material handling/curing requirements etc.)
• Works collaboratively with others internally to develop quotes
• Performs other work as required

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years experience directly related with customer service and/or sales

• Computer proficiency including MS Word MS Excel and Adobe Pro

• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and oral)
• Must be technically competent to understand and communicate test procedures specifications and results
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities

• Competence in math science and critical thinking skills able to identify and question illogical scenarios

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree in a technical field

• General knowledge of laboratory testing

• Experience/knowledge of construction and manufacturing industries

• Familiarity with consensus standards (ASTM ANSI )
