Compensation: $20 -$24.00 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday -Friday (occasional 2-3 day trips and weekends)

Role Overview:
As a Fulfillment Operations Associate youll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Youll support warehouse logistics field operations and production teamsensuring equipment materials and booths are organized ready and where they need to be. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment and enjoys jumping in wherever needed
What Youll Own
- Support warehouse operations including stocking returns and organization
- Load/unload vans and assist with local booth installs and swaps
- Assist production teams (Assembly CNC) with hands-on tasks
- Break down and reset booths post-event
- Maintain clean organized and functional workspaces
- Jump in on high-priority tasks to keep operations moving

Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Experience in warehouse logistics or operations is a plus
- Experience with hands-on or physical work environments preferred
Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift and move equipment/materials
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and instructions
Tools & Software
- Basic familiarity with warehouse tools/equipment
- Inventory or operations systems experience is a plus
