Job Summary
Snr Business Process Analyst
12 month contract

Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend ASIS and TOBE business and process analysis engagements.
- Have executable knowledge of the BABOK knowledge areas.
- Design document and validate business processes using BPMN EPC and value chain models.
- Facilitate structured discovery validation and optimisation workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement optimisation and automation opportunities.
- Develop functional specifications process architecture artefacts and supporting documentation.
- Apply design thinking and humancentred design principles to problem solving.
- Align business processes to enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Contribute to data and information architecture through processtodata alignment.
- Support implementation initiatives through traceability quality assurance and delivery governance.
Required Competencies & Skills
- Advanced business analysis and business process management expertise.
- Strong facilitation stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with BPM and EA tools such as ARIS ADONIS ADOIT and Visio.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
- Ability to operate across multiple industries and complex environments.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- CBPA / Business Process Professional certification.
- TOGAF (Business Architecture) exposure.
- Agile and Project Management certifications.

- BPM maturity upliftment and process repositories.
- ERP and core system transformation programmes.
- Regulatory governance and compliancedriven process change initiatives.
