What Youll Do

As Senior Payables Administrator youll support the Payables Manager in the day-to-day delivery of an efficient high-performing Accounts Payable function. Youll help coordinate team activity to ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately from scan to payment KPIs are met and service levels are maintained.

Alongside hands-on invoice processing for nominated suppliers youll play an important role in reporting statement reconciliations supplier finance processes GRN write-offs and month-end activity. Youll also act as a deputy for the Payables Manager when required and support the development of colleagues across the team.

What Were Looking For

Youll be an experienced and proactive payables professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and supporting others to deliver results. Youll bring strong organisation problem-solving skills and the confidence to manage suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Youll take pride in accuracy meeting deadlines and supporting continuous improvement within financial processes while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience using automated invoice or query management systems such as Basware or Dataserv
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Syspro)
• Previous exposure to supplier financing facilities
