Manager, Cloud Operations

Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee cloud infrastructure operations including service reliability security incident and change management and resource planning
- Lead the successful delivery of customer projects such as cloud deployments migrations enhancements and ongoing solution support
- Drive continuous improvement through process reviews reporting documentation and operational enhancements
- Collaborate with the Manager Technical Operations to plan and implement changes that improve service quality and efficiency
- Provide leadership through coaching performance management and team development fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
- Partner with internal stakeholders customers and vendors to ensure services are delivered in alignment with service levels security standards and business goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years in a leadership role focused on Cloud Enterprise Management
- 5 years Technical Operations Management
- 5 years leading technical project implementations
- 5 years Red Hat Linux and MS Windows Management
- 5 years building and leading high-performance teams
- College or Technical Diploma in Computer Science or related studies
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Azure/Entra MS365 services Windows Server Red Hat Linux and core network foundations
- Solid understanding of CIS Foundations and best practices in security identity and systems administration
