A Dental Treatment Coordinator at Childrens Dental FunZone is a friendly patient-focused professional who helps families confidently navigate their childs dental care in a fun and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for clearly presenting and explaining treatment plans supporting parents in understanding recommended care and coordinating appointments to ensure a smooth patient experience.

In addition the Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in dental sales by increasing case acceptance through education trust-building and effective communication. They help families understand the value of treatment options review insurance and financial arrangements and guide decisions that support optimal oral health outcomes. By combining clinical coordination with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and case acceptance this role helps ensure both excellent care and a positive experience for every family.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: MondayFriday with some Sunday shifts. Closed on Saturdays.
Compensation: $24.00 $28.00/hour Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans options and financial arrangements to patients and parents
• Provide an exceptional patient experience through clear and compassionate communication
• Educate patients on oral health treatment procedures and preventive care
• Verify and manage insurance plans (PPO HMO Denti-Cal)
• Utilize electronic billing systems efficiently
• Offer flexible payment solutions and financing options
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care

What Were Looking For

• REQUIRED: Proven experience in dental sales and treatment coordination
• Must enjoy working with children and families
• Strong customer service and sales background
• Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred)
• Familiarity with dental insurance plans (PPO HMO Denti-Cal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic positive and team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Motivated goal-driven and eager to grow within the company
