Agent Air Import

Provide customer service in monitoring freight to ensure timely arrival accurate preparation of shipping documents for final delivery to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

1. Follow up on inbound shipments and ensure freight is made available for customers to receive their cargoes in the quickest possible time. 
2. Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives as required.
3. Ensure documents and freight are turned over to customers brokers timely
4. Trace flight delays with airlines and origins to ensure timely feedback on arrival information to customers and customer service team
5. Ensure all paperwork are in proper order that meet customers profile and comply to local rules and regulations
6. Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers needs and  handling requirements as well as ensuring 100 compliance
7. Ensure all data are entered into system timely and accurately
8. Ensure that freight and handling charges are billed accurately and sent billing invoices to  customers timely
9. Ensure all inter-company settlements are closed accurately within companys specified timeframe
10. Prepare and submit reports timely whenever required
11. Ensure all PNCs are filed promptly with parties concerned
12. Take up additional tasks as required to meet departments needs

Qualifications :

Tertiary educations with 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.

Other Skills

* Good working knowledge in computer software applications including E-Mail Excel Word and powerpoint

* Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

* Fluent in written and spoken English. 

* Must possess initiative and adopt a positive and pro-active demeanor

* Committed to the job and work assignments given

* Good understanding of Customer Service culture

* Team Player and able to work with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organization
