Job Summary
- Ensures that all standardized recipes are utilized and followed by all culinary team members and oversees ordering inventory and food controls.
- Adheres to all culinary standards and guidelines in preparation and methods of production and maintains and sets sanitation hygiene and safety standards.
- Assists with maintaining a solution-oriented work environment through motivation and engagement and helps in the training and development of colleagues.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as baker in a luxury hotel and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge on food safety and sanitation baking and food preparation.
