Senior Operations Specialist

Responsible for Production Control supporting Supply Chain from production to order fulfillment while working On-Site in our Philippine office.

Responsibilities:

• Provides analysis of Wafer Fab requirements based on forecast and established Backlogs and WIP/Finish Goods
• Analyse Outsourced Assembly & Test (OSAT) Capacity requirements to support Forecast
• Monitor review and recommend improvement on OSAT Metrics (cycle time on time )
• Conduct Inventory Audit at OSAT and Distribution Centers (Cycle Count)
• Coordinate material availability with Materials Controller (OSAT) Ensuring OSAT invoices are compliant to approved pricing Quotes
• Work with cross-functional teams to complete task
• Develop process flows specs and programs in simplifying process
• Investigate production control problems analyze root causes and derive solutions.
• Responds to emails within 24 hours most especially on critical issues.
• Ability to travel to Subcontractor in Asia Flexible in adjusting to work demand beyond normal duties. 

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs experience in Planning activities with vast knowledge in Manufacturing Operations (FAB Assembly Test and Burn-In operations)
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to extract data from relational databases (MySQL Oracle) is preferred but not required.
• Experience using an ERP system such as NetSuite and/or SAP
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills covering Excel Word and PowerPoint. ( VlookUp and Pivot )
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar related field with good analytical problem-solving skills.
• Communicate well with peers customers and management.
