Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Italy is currently looking for a Product Manager Immunology (IBD Inflammatory Bowel Disease) that will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives directly reporting to the Business Unit Lead.

The Product Manager Immunology will have the following responsibilities:

• Contribute by collaborating with the cross-functional team to the definition of strategies and the implementation of brand plan tactics

• Define and manage product communication with a multichannel approach and with targeted messages

• Develop promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies

• Analyze key market trends patient journeys and needs identifying threats opportunities and business sources

• Support the BU Lead in activities connected to the CVT (Country Value Team) contributing to maximizing business opportunities

• Interact with the Field Force understanding the needs of the internal customer and supporting them with specific solutions

• Engage with relevant KOL and stakeholders and through a solid understanding their driver/barriers as well as the competitive dynamics and external context defining specific and differentiated engagement methods

• Ensure in line with the planning the assigned OPEX

Academic & Professional Background:

• Scientific or Economic Degree

• 3/5 years of experience in Marketing roles with product launches- within pharmaceutical companies

• Previous experience in different specialistic areas is required

• Previous Field experience is considered a plus

• Experience in the therapeutic area is nice to have
