Position Overview

Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver - Bodyshop is looking for a Car Washerto join ourteam. This position plays an important role in supporting body shop operationsby ensuring vehicles are prepared detailed and presented to the higheststandards.

The Car Washer reports to the Body Shop Manager and Production Manager and worksclosely with the entire body shop teams to support vehicle deliveries lotpresentation and customer satisfaction. This role contributes directly to thebody shops commitment to quality efficiency and exceptional customerexperience.

Experience in polishing will be a great asset we are looking for someone who would like to grow into a possible apprenticeship in either the paint or body department. This is a full time position with a Monday - Friday schedule. Please send your resume directly

The expectedpayfor this position is $20.30 per hour

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and detail customer vehicles and companydemonstration vehicles for delivery and display

Clean protect and preserve vehicle interiorsand exteriors to dealership quality standards

Perform quality control checks to ensurevehicles meet presentation and safety expectations

Coordinate vehicle preparation timelines tosupport deliveries and service operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of thedetailing area and vehicle lot

Support productivity and efficiency within thedetail department

Operate vehicles safely in compliance withdealership and regulatory requirements

Use computer systems as required includingOutlook and dealership software

Perform additional duties as assigned bymanagement

Qualifications Required

Education & Experience

• Previous training and/or experience in automotive detailing
• Experience in a customer servicefocused environment is an asset

Skills & Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Proven time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with ADP is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Licenses & Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
