What to expect:

The Strategic Initiatives Intern will support the Strategy Realization Office (SRO) in advancing enterpriseâwide transformation initiatives. This role offers handsâon exposure to business strategy through project coordination planning support and communications that help translate strategy into action across the organization. This is a threeâmonth remote contract open to candidates working from anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives
• Assist with organizing workshops meetings and crossâfunctional strategic sessions
• Collaborate with team members to support alignment on objectives and priorities
• Contribute to change management and internal communication activities
• Provide general project and administrative support as required
• Conduct research to support strategy realization and planning activities.

In this position you will report to a Business Partner Strategic Initiatives. CWB has adopted a remote-first working model where employees will work from their home office servicing the client within their specified areas either remotely or in person. We are embracing radical flexibility where employees are encouraged to work a schedule that works best for them their team and their clients.

What you bring to the table:

• Enrolled in post-secondary college or university-level courses in Business Administration Communications Project Management or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work both independently under minimal supervision and with others in a collaborative environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint) and digital communication channels (Microsoft Teams email)

The following qualifications are considered assets:

• Bilingual (French and English)
• Postâsecondary college or university coursework in Business Administration Communications Project Management or a related field
