What Youll Do (Responsibilities):
Work both independently & closely with multi-disciplined teams to understand functional requirements and implement appropriate solution
Complete appropriate testing procedures
Set-up and perform ICE/EV testing on vehicles.
Evaluate results
Recommend corrective action
Work a 4 day/10-hour schedule (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday) on 2nd shift
Work both independently & closely with multi-disciplined teams to understand functional requirements and implement appropriate solutions
Collaborate with other workers across several functions and levels
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Associates Degree OR2 years of relevant experience required
Automotive experience with 1-2 of the following skillsets:
Mechanical Instrumentation Product Electronics Testing/driving Fabrication Machining Hybrid/battery controls
Possess good interpersonal computer oral and written skills
Experience executing technical documents
Ability to pass a PIV physical and operate powered mobile equipment
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience with automotive testing methods
2 years in Dynamometer Testing / Lab Operations Setup
Emission testing equipment or chassis dynamometer experience
Experience with AVL Horiba or Burke Porter
Experience communicating effectively with your direct leader and fellow team members
