Beauty Trainer (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Beauty Trainer to elevate the expertise confidence and performance of our retail teams and partners. This opportunity is a temporary cover for a medical leave. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional product training coaching and instore education to ensure our Beauty category is represented with excellence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging highimpact training sessions on Beauty products technology and brand values to internal teams and retail partners.

• Conduct instore coaching to strengthen product knowledge demonstration skills and customer engagement techniques.

• Support new product launches through tailored training programs and onsite activation.

• Assess training needs and adapt content to different audiences ensuring clarity consistency and operational readiness.

• Monitor performance in key doors identifying opportunities to improve conversion demonstration quality and overall customer experience.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing and Retail Excellence teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution standards.

• Maintain accurate reporting on training activities store visits and performance insights.

• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring all interactions reflect the premium standards of the Beauty category.

About you

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in beauty cosmetics haircare or premium retail training.
• Excellent communication presentation and coaching skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fastpaced fieldbased environment.
• Experience delivering training both in person and virtually.
• Passion for technology beauty innovation and customer experience.
