Job Summary
The Infrastructure EngineerIIIhasdesign-level subject matterexpertiseinthe full Microsoft365 suiteand Microsoft Exchange. This positionprovidesdeeptechnicalexpertisein the design build and lifecycle support ofthe organizationalcollaboration platforms within the Microsoft 365 portfolioand Microsoft Exchangeincluding TeamsSharePointand Email. Installs supports andmaintainscorecollaborationsolutionsandmailflowalong with dependent ecosystemssuch as application deployment 3rdpartyintegrationsand security policyadherence. Evaluates and recommendsimprovements andupgrade cycles covering the entireM365 and Exchange environment. Performs technical analyses ofsupported solutionsusing various diagnostic tools in support of efficient operations. Provides escalation support for end user support teams for supported systems.
Responsibilities
Supports cloud/private infrastructureforglobalM365 and Exchangeconfigurationmanagementsecurityand3rdpartyappintegration. Provideslifecyclemanagement forsupported systems.
Designs builds supports andmaintainsendpointinfrastructure often in collaboration with other technology and business partners. Designs implements and executes disaster recovery and business continuity.
Creates andmaintainsrunbooks documentation and otherknowledgeartifacts. Establishes andmaintainsservice definitions and standards for core services.
Provides monitoring and alerting that produce actionable alerts.
Performs incident response keep-the-lights-on and on-call responsibilities.
Provides capacity planning and management.
Administers andmaintainssecurity of operating systems and hardware.Auditsexecution plans for SOX and PCI compliance.
Provides auditable controls to ensure access to the systemsaresecure.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
Bachelors degree applicablecertificationor equivalent experience.
Typically requires3years of professional experience andmoderate to expert levelproficiencywith tools systems and procedurestoaccomplishthe job.
Moderate to advancedskillsleveragingExchange and M365suite of Apps.
Advanced skillstroubleshooting and resolving complexmailflowand 3rdpartyapp integrations.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Active Directory and Entra identity (Groups Users Security roles etc.)
Experience administeringMicrosoft Intunea plus but not
Travel: None
Work Schedule:IST overlap with PST hours(M-F12:30-9:30pm IST) plus rotating 24x7 on-call
