Product Manager - Mission-Critical Communications (Devices / SaaS / Hardware)
Location:Just north of Cambridge UK
Salary:Up to 80000 dependent on experience
Fully On-Site(5 days/week in the office)
Were working with a highly respected global technology business operating at the forefront ofmission-critical communications building products that quite literallycannot fail. Theyre now hiring an experiencedProduct Managerto take ownership of a complex high-impact product portfolio spanningdevices accessories software and SaaS platforms.
This is not a role for someone early in their PM career. Its for someone who hasgenuinely owned products end-to-endand thrives in fast-moving high-accountability environments.
The Role
Youll own your products from concept through to in-market success - setting direction defining requirements and driving delivery across both hardware and software. Youll sit at the centre of engineering sales and marketing translating real customer needs into clear product decisions and commercially successful outcomes. Expect a broad scope high visibility & real ownership.
- Owning product strategy roadmap and lifecycle (end-to-end).
- Defining and prioritising features based on customer needs and market insight.
- Building business cases managing budgets and owning product performance (P&L mindset).
- Working closely with engineering teams to delivery high-reliability products.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to bring products to market successfully.
- Engaging directly with customers partners and industry stakeholders.
- Representing the product at events conferences and externally.
What Theyre Looking For
- Proven experience as aProduct Managerwith credible ownership of products.
- Background inB2B and technical products.
- Experience acrosshardware devices or SaaS.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in afast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Able to take ownership make decisions and be accountable.
