The Role

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Developerto join our growing Salesforce Platform Team. This is a full-time hybrid role .

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Salesforce development comfortable working across Sales Cloud Service Cloud (especially Case Management) Data Cloud and AgentForce and experienced with integrations and automation. This role offers the opportunity to build enterprise-scale Salesforce capabilities in partnership with product owners architects and business teams across Citco.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design develop test and deploy high-quality solutions usingApexVisualforceLightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce technologies.
• Customize and extendSales CloudandService Cloud(with a focus on Case Management) to support business workflows and improve client experience.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal systemsData Cloud and telephony platforms to enable seamless data flow and client interaction.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines automated testing and code versioning practices.
• Partner with the Salesforce Architect to ensure scalable secure and maintainable designs.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely withProduct OwnersBusiness Analysts andQA teamsto translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Participate in design reviews sprint planning and code reviews to ensure alignment with standards and best practices.
• Support UAT release activities and post-deployment stabilization.
• Provide ongoing maintenance enhancements and performance tuning of the Salesforce platform.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential adoption.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of Citcos SalesforceCenter of Excellence (COE) development standards and platform roadmap.
• Recommend improvements to development processes and automation strategies.
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Experience:

• 58 years of experience in Salesforce development within an enterprise environment.
• Proven expertise withSales CloudService Cloud andLightning Web Components.
• Hands-on experience withApex triggersREST/SOAP APIsData Cloud and system integrations.
• Experience withtelephony integrations(Amazon Connect Genesys etc.) andEinstein Analyticsis highly desirable.
• Familiarity withAgile deliveryandCI/CD(Gearset Copado or equivalent tools).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model and governor limits.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong collaboration communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce CertifiedPlatform Developer I / II
• Salesforce CertifiedSales Cloud ConsultantorService Cloud Consultant
• SalesforceApplication Architectcertification is a plus
