Telecommunications Sr Manager Transit Project

We are looking for an experienced Communications Lead to join our project in Ontario

• Lead design of project communications systems for the SRS scope (fixed and wireless networks PA CCTV radio control centre systems etc.);
• develop communications design criteria architectures and interface requirements;
• coordinate with signalling SCADA stations OMSF and cyber security;
• review communications drawings specifications and network designs;
• support installation integration testing and commissioning of communications systems. Includes Fibre backbone network OCC/BOCC TVM CIS PAI PA PRESTO CCTV Alarm Monitoring.

• Professional Engineer () in Electrical/Telecommunications or equivalent telecommunications or network certification (e.g. RCDD or similar) considered an asset.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Telecommunications Computer Engineering or related discipline;
• 15 years experience in communications systems for rail/transit or comparable critical infrastructure;
• knowledge of fibre and copper networks radio systems SCADA PA/CCTV and control centre systems; experience integrating communications with signalling stations OMSF and operations.
• Experience on at least two major transit projects each with a minimum of two years of continuous involvement that are now in revenue service.
