AsSenior Digital Managerin ourSydney office you will own the build delivery and optimisation of digital campaigns for your client patch.

The ideal candidate is a digital-first thinker with a broad understanding of the digital ecosystem and experience across platforms. You will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills confidently presenting results and recommendations to internal teams and external clients.

Core responsibilities:

• Lead execute and optimise core digital channels with a primary focus on Search performance.

• Shape client objectives for searchled campaign briefs ensuring alignment with brand and digital strategy.

• Translate briefs into clear searchdriven tactical plans across audience intent environment and creative.

• Own WIPs and PCAs delivering search insights optimisation actions and forward recommendations.

A bit about you:

• A handson digital practitioner with proven endtoend delivery of searchled performance campaigns.

• Deep technical capability in enterpriselevel search platforms such as Google Ads SA360 GMP and Microsoft Advertising with strong working knowledge of Meta TikTok and complementary performance channels.

• A commercially minded datadriven operator who can translate search performance into meaningful business outcomes.

• Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills comfortable leading reporting insights and presentations.
