An opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a smart residential property business.

The company will consider full time part time or even self-employed options depending on experience and preference. The role involves handling valuations viewings negotiations and property listings while maintaining high standards of client service and sales performance.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Meeting clients to understand their property needs
• Carrying out property viewings and market appraisals
• Winning instructions and listing properties
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Managing and updating property listings
• Using marketing methods to promote available properties
• Keeping accurate records of client contact and transactions
• Providing advice based on local market conditions
• Coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth sales progression

• Previous experience in residential property sales or lettings
• Valuation and listing experience preferred
• Strong organisational and diary management skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Negotiation capability

• Full UK driving licence required
