Candidate Profile: Full Stack Engineer (AI-Assisted Product Development)

Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in UI/UX design capable of building standalone mobile and web apps and delivering fast MVPs. Proficient in modern frameworks (React Flutter/React Native) with hands-on GitLab (CI/CD version control) experience. Skilled in leveraging AI tools like Claude or Codex for rapid development. Ideal candidate is execution-driven design-focused and able to independently deliver scalable production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy standalone mobile and web applications from concept to MVP.

• Translate business requirements into functional scalable and user-friendly interfaces.

• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Codex) to accelerate delivery.

• Set up and maintain GitLab repositories CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices.

• Ensure applications are modular reusable and can be deployed independently across environments.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-impact production-ready MVPs.

Core Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development:

• Frontend: React Angular or Vue (Web) Modern JavaScript

• Mobile: React Native / Flutter / native (iOS/Android)

• Backend: Python or similar frameworks

• Proven track record of building and launching MVPs or early-stage products.

• Hands-on experience with GitLab (repositories CI/CD pipelines branching strategies).

• Familiarity with API design microservices and standalone app architecture.

• Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Codex GitHub Copilot etc.) for rapid development.

• Strong understanding of cloud deployment (AWS GCP or Azure).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments.

• Ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of DevOps containerization (Docker) and scalable deployment strategies.
