Production Supervisor Engineer

About the Company

Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 Rayong with a ThaiChinese working environment.

Role Overview

The Production Supervisor / Engineer runs day-to-day production manages safety quality delivery and cost on the line and develops the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage safety on the production floor and enforce safety systems to prevent incidents.
• Control in-process quality so products meet customer and standard requirements.
• Track production and delivery against plan to fulfil orders on time and in full.
• Manage production cost; drive cost-down and productivity improvement.
• Embed 6S / shop-floor management as standard and continuously improve.
• Lead the production team day-to-day including training and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues on the line.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in Electronics Mechanical Materials or related.
• 3 years in production management or production engineering ideally in electronics mechanical or automotive.
• Strong systematic and analytical thinking; agile execution.
• Able to work under pressure with high accountability.
• Strong Chinese (listen/speak/read/write) used as a working language.

Whats on Offer

• Salary: THB per month (above-range negotiable)
• Working days: 6 days/week (MonSat)

หนาทความรบผดชอบ

• บรหารจดการความปลอดภยในพนทการผลตเพอปองกนอบตเหต
• ควบคมคณภาพในกระบวนการใหเปนไปตามมาตรฐานและความตองการของลกคา
• ควบคมและตดตามการผลตและสงมอบตามแผน
• บรหารตนทนการผลต ลดตนทนและเพมประสทธภาพ
• ดแลและพฒนา 6S/Shop-floor management ใหเปนมาตรฐาน
• บรหารพนกงานฝายผลตประจำวน รวมถงการฝกอบรมและตารางการทำงาน
• ประสานงานขามสายงานเพอแกไขปญหาทเกดขน
• ปฏบตงานอน ๆ ตามทไดรบมอบหมาย

คณสมบต

• ปรญญาตรขนไป สาขาอเลกทรอนกส เครองกล วสด หรอทเกยวของ
• ประสบการณดานบรหารการผลตหรอวศวกรรมการผลตอยางนอย 3 ป เนนอตสาหกรรมอเลกทรอนกส/เครองกล/ยานยนต
• คดวเคราะหอยางเปนระบบ ทำงานคลองตว
• ทำงานภายใตแรงกดดนไดด มความรบผดชอบสง
• ภาษาจน (ฟง พด อาน เขยน) ใชเปนภาษาทำงาน
