We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Account Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales customer engagement and digital or tech-driven environments with a focus on driving customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through retention and reactivation strategies
- Identify new sales opportunities and increase customer investment through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Apply value-based selling techniques in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Understand and effectively manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience
- Analyze customer needs and propose tailored marketing and advertising solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in digital media social media or tech advertising
- Proven experience in customer service sales or outsourcing environments
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management
- Background in marketing is an advantage
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion
- Excellent organizational skills self-discipline and high level of motivation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
