Job Summary
Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Architect
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Architect to assess design and support the implementation of a new self-hosted DevSecOps ecosystem. The role focuses on migrating from existing toolsets to secure scalable and vendor-independent solutions aligned with long-term IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current DevOps ecosystem and identify risks (security scalability vendor lock-in)
- Design a target DevSecOps architecture (on-premises/self-hosted)
- Evaluate and recommend alternatives to existing DevOps tools
- Define and execute a migration roadmap and transition strategy
- Support implementation proof of concepts and CI/CD pipeline setup
- Ensure integration of security practices (SAST DAST SCA) across the SDLC
- Collaborate with development security and operations teams
Requirements:
- Strong experience in DevSecOps architecture and SDLC
- Hands-on experience with self-hosted DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience migrating from Atlassian tools to alternative solutions
- Knowledge of ITSM Git services CMDB and application security tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments (.NET Azure DevOps)
Languages:
- Dutch or French (fluent) with good knowledge of the other language
- English (professional proficiency)

- Location: Brussels (hybrid)
