Position: Occupational Therapist

Salary Range: $38 per hour to $47 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Weekend Rotation: None

New Graduates: Not accepted

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist you will work with individuals of all ages who have physical mental or developmental disabilities to help them achieve independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their individual needs and develop treatment plans

- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques and interventions to improve patients ability to perform daily activities

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and speech therapists to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing their conditions and maximizing their independence

- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Stay current on advancements and best practices in the field of occupational therapy

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

- Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Knowledge of various treatment techniques and interventions for different conditions and disabilities

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $38 per hour to $47 per hour based on experience and addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance paid time off and retirement plans.
