Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Patient Services Manager to join our growing this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our remote patient services department. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of remote patient service representatives providing guidance support and training as needed

- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Monitor and track team performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase productivity and quality of service

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues

- Oversee scheduling and assignment of patient appointments ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient services and team performance

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments implementing best practices to continuously improve the patient experience

- Handle escalated patient inquiries and complaints providing excellent customer service and finding solutions to resolve issues

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards including HIPAA and patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business or a related field

- 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role preferably in a remote patient services setting

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational goals

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health record systems

- Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of self-motivation and accountability

Contract Details:

This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.
