As aStrategic Partnerships Associate you will support market expansion by securing access to critical infrastructure managing relationships with key stakeholders and driving operational success in a highly regulated environment. You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities navigate complex government processes and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across the country.

About the Role

• Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills
• Identify negotiate and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners to support and expand network operations
• Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks
• Develop partnerships with businesses transit agencies and property owners to enhance station access and amenities
• Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters advocating for the company in infrastructure planning forums
• Coordinate with teams to standardize documentation and refine processes enabling improved efficiencies

About You

• 1 years of experience in business development strategic partnerships or real estate development including work with government entities
• 1 years of project management experience with knowledge of transportation regulations and public transit systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with experience presenting to senior officials and business leaders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $80000.00 USD
