Job Summary
This role is built for accountants who want to move beyond traditional public accounting and into a more commercial advisory-focused career path.
As a Manager with Siegfried you will work directly with CFOs CAOs Controllers and finance leaders at large and high-growth companies on critical accounting and finance initiatives. Depending on the client your work may include financial reporting technical accounting controllership support internal controls audit readiness post-acquisition integration support IPO readiness process improvement and other finance transformation projects.
This is not a repetitive audit or tax role. You are brought in as a trusted accounting and finance professional to help clients solve real operational and reporting challenges. That means stronger exposure to decision-makers broader business visibility and the opportunity to build experience across multiple industries and corporate environments.
The role is especially attractive for professionals coming out of Big 4 national firms or strong industry finance teams who want to keep building their accounting career while gaining more variety stronger client exposure and a path that feels less rigid than traditional firm life.
You will succeed in this role if you are technically strong confident in front of clients adaptable across different business environments and interested in building a career that blends accounting expertise with advisory impact.

5 years experience in public accounting firm
